Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP BW/HANA Consultantwho will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Katy, TX. Travel required with remote option.

Roles/Responsibilities:
SAP BW on HANA Implementation: Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP BW on HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client requirements, and adhering to best practices.
Data Modeling: Design and develop data models using SAP BW on HANA, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
Data Extraction and Transformation: Create efficient data extraction and transformation processes to integrate data from various source systems into SAP BW on HANA.
Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP BW on HANA applications, optimizing system performance.
Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BW on HANA with other SAP modules and external systems.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and enhance BI reports and dashboards using SAP BW and related tools (e.g., SAP BOBJ, SAP Analytics Cloud).
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP BW on HANA solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and HANA.
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA Modeling
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and client-facing skills.
SAP certifications are a plus.
