Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sr. Agilist you will be responsible for leading and guiding agile teams implementing agile methodologies facilitating agile ceremonies coaching team members and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and ensure project success.
Hands on resource who will play the role of the scrum master -PR planning capacity management daily calls delivery ownership and the agile facilitator for a few workstreams in the portfolio.
Required Pharma experience -no time for learning curve . GSK experience is preferred.
Location: Carolina Beach - North Carolina, NC, USA

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 to $147,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
