Roles/Responsibilities:
· Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs business processes
· Experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 4-7 years of experience in Discovery.
· Responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
· Technical Skills- Discovery
· As a Sr. Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements identifying gaps in processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
· You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
· Additionally you will conduct stakeholder interviews facilitate workshops and document business processes.
· Your role will involve creating functional specifications user stories and test plans. You will also assist in user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $106,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
