DirecciónWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Associate to drive awareness and lead generation for Cognizant Life Sciences solutions. This US-based full-time role reports to the Head of Life Sciences Marketing.
The Senior Marketing Associatewill work closely with Life Sciences leadership, product, sales and cross-marketing functions to develop and execute targeted, integrated marketing programs that move prospects through awareness, engagement and decision in support of business sales growth. As well, he or she will serve as the primary connector between Life Sciences sales and marketing to will drive sales enablement programs.
The successful candidate has strong communication and project management skills, with proven success managing content-driven, multichannel campaigns. The candidate should have traditional and digital marketing skills and experience working with subject matter experts to build messaging content from conception to promotion.
- Lead internal communications to life sciences sales and business stakeholders, including:
- Develop and distribute monthly and ad-hoc life sciences marketing content alerts
- Develop and distribute quarterly life sciences marketing newsletters
- Provide support to the Life Sciences Marketing Director and Life Sciences Marketing team as needed, including:
- Support for annual strategic marketing planning
- Development and execution of, and reporting on, marketing programs and campaigns
- Content and messaging development, including thought leadership and solution-specific content (solution brochures, white papers/research, blogs, videos, web and social media content, etc.)
- Account-based marketing
- Management of client events and tradeshows
- Product positioning and messaging
- Development of sales enablement and collateral materials
- Sales team engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in Marketing, emphasis on supporting marketing campaigns, product positioning, and content development
- Demonstrated digital and social marketing experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Fluency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong CRM and automation system experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing and promotion of Healthcare/Life Science Technoloy
- Product, Service or Solutions Marketing
- Experience within a large, complex global organization
- Salesforce and Pardot proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing, Business
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$92,000 - $95,800] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
