Senior Product Manager

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Product Manager. Roles/Responsibilities

·       Work with Business teams to create user stories and epics that trickle down to Scrum Teams

·       Work with peer Product owners to understand the product.

·       Work with business leadership to arrive at OKRs for the fiscal year.

·       Create Quarterly roadmaps and create Epics and stories. Track to closure every quarter.

·       Work with Project Managers to report Epic status and burndowns.

·       Work with Engineering, Design, and business teams daily to resolve queries.

 

Required Qualifications

·       As a Senior Product Manager, have vast experience in Retail industry with a focus on Digital Commerce.

·       Experience on handling projects with Digital Mobile apps on PDP will be a plus.

·       In store user experience with a strong understanding of US consumer (EU Consumer understanding a plus)

·       A strong skill in PLM functions esp. in costing. Gather, review, analyze and document business requirements.

·       Liaise between business and cross functional teams. 6.Communication with various stakeholders on findings, sharing best practices and aligning requirements.

 

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 72,200– 189,400 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program,based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
