Senior Solution Architect- R&D

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Customization, mainly in smart energy/manufacturing/transportation sectors.

• Understand client needs and design solutions' specifications to meet those requirements.
• Collaborate with the R&D team in China to tailor solutions as per customers demands.

Technical Sales Support:

• Support BD team in client meetings to provide technical expertise, explore new opportunities, understand industrial customer’s business logic and technical challenges, identify their functional/non-functional requirements.
• Address potential technical concerns raised by clients.

POC & Delivery:

• Lead the team to design and execute the POC , responsible for the technical preparation and validation, demonstrate the advantages of the Lenovo industrial solutions to support the salespeople in winning the contract.
• Support project delivery team to complete delivery acceptance and secure the stability of products and services, ensure customer satisfaction.

Training & Documentation:

• Provide training to clients on the usage and maintenance of our solutions.
• Develop technical documentation to assist clients and internal teams.

Feedback & Collaboration:

• Gather client feedback on solution's features and functionalities.
• Work with the R&D team in China to communicate feedback and assist in solution integration.

Qualifications:

• Eight (8) years’ experience in smart energy/manufacturing/transportation industry in solution design and execution (computer vision, Robotics, AIoT) or 8+ years’ energy/manufacturing/transportation digital transformation technical experience, responsible for MES/APS/WMS/SCADA/ERP system implementation and customization.
• Proven successful cases as a Solution Architect or similar roles in the above industry sectors.
• Have a broad and deep knowledge of Big data, AI, Automation and IoT technologies, understand the key requirements and typical solutions for their implementation.
• Excellent personal qualities, including integrity, strong self-motivation, resilience and empathy etc.
• Outstanding soft skills, including communication and coordination skills, entrepreneurial thinking mode and decision-making skills, etc.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, ME, EE, automation or a related field.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Preferably one or more languages relevant to Southeast Asia or the Middle East.
• Ability to travel as needed.
