Progres S.A. is looking to fill aService Managerrole in a multinational company.
The main objetive of this role is overseeing and optimazing the delivery of the IT services on the Americas region.
Qualifications:
• Proven and vast experience in IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework, especially in the areas of Service Operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clear and concise in Crysis Situations.
• Have significant experience in at least two of the core Service Management areas – Incident,
Problem, Change and Configuration Management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Certification in ITIL, Agile, or related areas is a major plus.
• Project Management experience may be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English
