Lead and develop the specialized sales and service team for the division regionally
Support the construction and execution of the strategy adding local insights from customers and market comprehension
Accountable for managing the division's P and financial KPIs
Develop variance analysis comparisons against budgets and forecasts
Forge relationships with customers in across diverse industries while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to optimize market penetration and access
Support the development of the go-to-market strategy and operational blueprints for the country's organization, emphasizing the particular division's objectives
Build a price / margin strategy and control the sales process
Track market trends and analyze competitor developments
Guarantee adherence to both corporate policies and local legislations
Introduce improvements, streamline, and eliminate unnecessary processes and workflows that will enhance the overall operation
The successful candidate will have :
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
MBA strongly preferred
International expertise in sales & services and general management
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Full Spanish and English proficiency. Preferably further languages
Analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Outstanding communication and oratory skills
