- This role is responsible for working with the subject matter experts in IT Corporate Applications Management, to provide Support and maintenance of the IFS technologies (IFS ITOM, IFS Assyst, IFS RESET).
- Ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Handle critical issues and provide Technical Support / Assistance.
- Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.
- Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the technical and process leadership, ensuring performance meets and or exceeds both the business and personal goals / objectives.
- Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
- Delivering project tasks using available resources.
Skills required :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Applications Support / Development.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Inventory and ITSM systems.
- SQL Knowledge, experience of integrations using REST and other technologies.
- Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
- Proven experience in development of various solutions for different business units using wide range of technologies.
- Experience in handling issues, debugging, customization and maintenance of various enterprise level applications.
- Experience in Implementation and migration projects.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Good English skills.
