Sr Architect - Veeva Vault

Fulltime with Cognizant

Location : California (Remote)

Roles/Responsibilities:

·       Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs business processes

·       Experience in working with Veeva QD

·       Life Sciences Process understanding in Regulatory / Quality.

·       Results-driven and pragmatic approach to work

·       Good organizational skills, self-motivated and proactive

·       Meticulous working style and high attitude to quality

·       Prefer candidates who are certified in Veeva Vault Administration. 

·       Experience in Veeva Vault RIM and lifecycle domain will be an added advantage

·       Candidate should have good knowledge on the ITIL support process. 

·       L2 support will mainly include handling the end user issues in Veeva and L3 will include Veeva administration and configuration

·       Handle configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, document types/subtypes etc

·       Work with the vendor for any major issues/bugs in the application. 

·       Should understand the integrations well and work with the integrated teams for any issues

·       Flexible on working hours

·       Good stakeholder management and communication skills

·       Strong service mentality

·       Quick comprehension, good analytical and problem solving skills

·       Ability to work in a virtual and matrix environment.

·       Perform meetings and keep customer / account team updated on the services

·       Knowledge in Life science domain and GxP principles

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/06/2024.

The hourly rate for this position is between $116,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
