Kenvue is currently recruiting for Sr. Brand Manager Baby Care for Latin-America South. This position reports into Essentials Group Marketing Manager LAS and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Position Summary
By assuming this position, you will be contributing to the growth strategy of Johnsons Baby LAS (ARG, CH, UY, PY, BO). With focus on brand strategy across the cluster and execution in ARG, collaborates with the discovery, development, and marketing functions to search for new opportunities through detailed assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity fostering a profitable and sustained growth for the brand within categories.
What will you do
- Leads the Brand Strategy for LAS and the execution in ARG
- Responsible for P&L with an E2E perspective, seeking financial results and brand objectives
- Responsible for brand key performance indicators : Sell in, sell out, market share, distribution, forecasting and competitive analysis
- Lead demand planning for the brand in collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Leads Communication strategy and campaigns and media execution for ARG
- Evaluate and implement improvements for new and existing products and programs
- Responsible for planning and follow up of budget to implement brand initiatives
- Develops key connections with internal and external stakeholders to foster brand growth
- Lead the information and local insights from LAS to LATAM region to influence pipeline, Communication and priorities for the Brand
- Foster aligned objectives impacting the Brand with other key stakeholders and areas to ensure Brand results
- Guarantee the development of ABM
Qualifications
- Education : Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Similar
- Experience and Skills : +5 years experience in marketing positions within FMCG companies
oBrand Management Experience required
oBrand Leadership is required
oBrand Building expertise required
oPeople management experience required
oHigh leadership skills and proven experience in leading successful teams
oPersonal Care category experience is highly appreciated
- Language : Advance English is required
