The Service Department is responsible for the smooth running of our customer's wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan.
It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers.
As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Exceptional oral and written communication including confidentiality, emotional intelligence, presentation as well as utilizing a variety of communication tools.
- Excellent analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Essential behaviors, but not limited to, cooperation, collaboration, continuous improvement, flexibility, customer focus, active listener, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in coaching, mentoring, motivating, and developing employees while maintaining a high level of accountability and personal ownership to all tasks.
- Competency to balance competing priorities while having a sense of urgency to meet business needs
- Capability to travel to job sites as required while maintaining a valid driver's license
- Understanding of how to think strategically across the entire supply chain developing solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to assimilate technical and commercial information and translate that into appropriate business assessments.
