 Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “Support Analyst - Cache/Mumps to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

Job Location: Remote/Tampa (Tampa - FL USA)

·         10-15 years of relevant experience.

·         Knowledge of Diagnostics/Pathology Business Operations, workflows and software’s related to the same is intended.

·         Knowledge of technical advancements and applying laboratory information systems functionality to enhance efficiency and laboratory quality.

·         Proven experience in managing business critical Laboratory applications.

·         3 to 5 years Cache/Mumps(M/Cache) development experience.

·         Excellent program debugging and proficiency in troubleshooting production issues.

·         Excellent organizational, time management, customer service, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

·         Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in the software development lifecycle phases, project management, process management and change management.

·         Preferred - 10+ years healthcare development experience.

·         Preferred – 2+ years Object-oriented development.

·         Preferred – Knowledge of Antrim-based Laboratory Information Systems

·         Preferred – Development of software solutions utilizing a variety of programming languages including M/Cache, JAVA, SQL, Angular JS, JSON, etc 

·         Application experience with MS Windows, MS Office, MS Lync, and MS Outlook.

·         Assess laboratory information systems for efficient and effective use related to patient care, user satisfaction, clinical productivity, and quality outcomes.

·         Identify and implement standardized improvement opportunities with workflow processes and laboratory information systems as they relate to the practice of the end users.

·         Manage critical business application changes, enhancements, and process improvements.

·         Maintain partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors.

·         Review and drive appropriate actions/ systemic changes on internal and external audit findings to ensure no major non-compliances are cited.

·         Report on Application Health and analyze results to create action plans to deliver Continual Service Improvement (CSI) to improve service level agreement.

·         Map and develop internal workflow procedures and processes and training plans to ensure knowledge transfer and training takes place in a timely and efficient manner.

·         Monitor systems and trends and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and improve overall performance.

·         Schedule, track and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using the applicable Configuration Management, Change Management and Production Service Readiness processes.

·         Create, update, and manage weekly, monthly, yearly reporting for internal and client use

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Rotational Weekend / Holiday support on-call as required.

Must Haves:

Work Authorization:

 Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
