System Analyst Support For Mlff

We are looking for a System Analyst Support to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

• Perform 3rd level analysis of incidents sent via a notification system within the SLA parameters agreed with the client.

• Request and organize R&D and SE Support for high priority incidents.

• Develop and implement workarounds for defects to maintain systems in operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance activities and monitor the systems in operation to ensure availability and stability.

• Organize and monitor change and hot fix deployments into systems in operations.

• Communication interface between customer, 2nd line support and R&D/PMO.

• Keep contact to 2nd Level support and customer to clarify the incident / problem and inform about current status.

• Communicate defects and change requests to PMO and R&D using the defined tools and processes and monitor the completion of the tasks.

• Monitor and report system stability and availability.

Your profile:

• Technical background.

• Linux and Windows Server operating systems experience.

• Databases: SQL Server, preferably.

• Knowledge of programming languages.

• Upper intermediate level of Spanish language.

• Intermediate level of English language.

• Ticketing tools (Jira is a nice-to-have).
