DirecciónRequirements :
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of standard flowchart tools, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project.
- Expertise in gathering and formalization / regulating requirements.
- Expertise in modeling and analysis of business processes.
- Strong discipline in tracking, analyzing, and reporting metrics to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities :
- Identify data patterns and trends and provide insights to enhance the business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
- Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate all findings clearly and effectively to business partners.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Work closely with business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
