Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Advanced French & English level (MANDATORY)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Prior consulting experience or HR / Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience working with large, fast paced organizations
- Excel skills
- Experience using HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.)
