Talent Scouts partner with client team to build and implementsourcing plans for complex project staffing needs. Weadvocate for and advise the Client Groups to ensure theirtalent needs are prioritized.

Examples of Work
Actively participate in New Business Meetings
Partner with project teams (e.g., Solution Architects and client executives) to define, review andvalidate project sourcing strategies for large, complex project ramp-ups
Work with Client Group leadership to verify prioritization of talent needs and ensure early visibility todemand pipeline (including development roles for new Analysts and Apprentices)
