The role Global Geographic Services Talent Strategy - Specialist is part of the Geographic Services team, has highly skilled, experienced, and diverse professionals, bringing together internal services and infrastructure providers across Accenture’s businesses acting as agile business partners delivering innovative, customer-centric services and strategic insights.

Roles and responsibilities :
Create and manage project plans in aid of strategic projects
Program Office activities such as reporting, creating presentations, scheduling meetings, organizing meeting agendas and notes, follow-up with program sponsors / PMOs, consolidating / tracking information, managing and organizing MS teams channels for initiatives as required
Own data analysis and analytics for all global GS Talent Strategy programs
Develop and execute activities related to project plans and estimates, scoping and requirement gathering
Drive and produce program communications, agenda and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed
Collaborate with geographic teams to drive and co-ordinate large scale strategic initiatives
Support global GS learning program delivery including creating and managing surveys and quizzes, researching and delivering innovative learning engagement activities.
