Your detailed responsibilities are

  • Reaching out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our SSG portfolio

  • Upselling and renewing warranties on Lenovo devices

  • SS ISR APOS Rep uncovers upsell opportunities, enhances CX by identifying services entitlement gaps against devices.

  • Promotes to AE/ISR to quote Add-on services (SBTY, KYD, ISE, CO2) at POS and discuss Asset Recovery Services where refresh has taken place.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties

  • Providing quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers

  • Addressing customer concerns and objections

  • Processing sales orders and completing necessary documentation when needed

  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity

  • Understand of Channel business model

  • Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas

  • As required co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.

  • Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.

  • Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Supporting the ANZ Sales team on After Point of Sale (APOS) Services Upgrade

  • Weekly Cadence preparation for ANZ/AP GM reviews

  • Data Analysis to identify After Point of Sales Services opportunities

  • Support ANZ Sales team in terms of data loading and ongoing management

  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume Inside Sales environment

  • Strong business language skills – able to converse and written English, other additional languages will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially on Excel- Pivot, Vlookup etc

  • Prior experience in a warranty renewal or technical sales role preferred

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
