Qualifications:
- Certified or experienced technical resource in Verint V15.2.
- Experience should be at enterprise / technical admin level, with Avaya voice system.
- Admin and Production support experience with at least 2 of these Verint components: Back-Office, Front-office, WFM, Quality and Compliance, Reporting.
- Able to perform some or all of the tasks such as:
- New user provisioning and Access assistance
- Run Ad-Hoc report
- Perform Quality Monitoring
- Basic troubleshooting
- Shadowing Verint professional service during software patching or infrastructure upgrade
- Familiarity with other technologies/product such as PBX, ECAS, Avaya CMS, Active Directory
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Statistics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years' experience as System Administrator
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to work in any Cognizant office - QC or Taguig. Hybrid/ Mon -Fri/ 2x a month report to Office
- Willing to work on night shift (10pm to 6am)
