DirecciónCognizant seeks a collaborative and experienced Client Partner to join our inclusive team. This full-time Client Partner role is based in Sydney and offers an attractive salary and benefits.
As a Client Partner, you'll be responsible for a significant portion of our insurance portfolio, with the opportunity to shape its growth trajectory and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance clients in Australia. You will understand client needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.
In your first few weeks in this Client Partner role, you can expect to:
· Oversee, nurture, and grow a portfolio of insurance accounts (circa $10m-$15m)
· Develop account plans, set growth targets, and execute strategies to expand your account portfolio
· Implement a multi-pronged approach to revenue growth
· Run the commercial P&L for your portfolio
· Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
To apply for this Client Partner role, you will need a minimum of 15 years in financial services, in a client-facing role or account leadership role, within an IT professional services or management consulting firm. You will also require the following:
· Experience leading diverse teams and cultivating collaboration in a multi-cultural environment
· Experience with the global service delivery model
· An understanding of technology domains (Cloud, Agile, Data Modernization, etc.) and services solutions specific to the insurance industry vertical
· A good performance track record across various portfolios, including sales, new sales, programs, and existing annuity business
· Demonstrated ability to lead a client P&L of $30m+.
