The Opportunity
As a Client Partner for one of our biggest clients in the Banking & Financial Services sector will be responsible for building and managing executive level relationships at the client, while acting as senior point of contact.
We trust you to be the overall leader of the account team, setting and driving strategy. You will optimize account performance including growth, service mix, margin & experience, as well as identifying and growing new and expansion opportunities. In collaboration with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant you are formulating a business plan and closing opportunities.
Key responsibilities
• Develop client engagement strategies to drive profitable growth of the account
• Manage accountability against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines
• Review the performance metrics of the account with the delivery, operations and finance teams on regular basis
• Have regular meetings and interface with the customer decision makers and influencers
• Have a complete understanding of the relationship position within the account
• Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the account
• Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to grow the account
• Focus on developing a plan to increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship and in the practice industry
Preferred experience
• Relevant domain/industry experience in Banking and Financial Services with CxO relations into top clients
• Prior Experience of managing and expanding $80M+ portfolio
• Analytical, with a good understanding of a broad range of technologies; you keep up to date with market and technology trends
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills, experience in leading a team
• Willingness to travel (client site and Cognizant office)
