About the role:
We are currently looking for experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the client from Pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, clarifying, analysing, and translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which ServiceNow solutions are developed.
- Applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow in designing optimal solutions that support the business.
- Developing strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organization.
- Working with the ServiceNow developers and development teams to ensure the solutions are technically feasible and in accordance with the “staying out-of-the-box” guidelines.
- Identifying areas to reduce implementation efforts.
- Defining detailed stories with acceptance criteria.
- Documenting workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
- Assisting and leading test plan development and execution. Performs functional test on each story.
- Assisting in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
- Assisting, developing and delivering end-user training,
- Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts.
Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in Computer Science or MIS.
- Experience in a software application environment.
- Experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing, and writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong ServiceNow knowledge.
- ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Integration Hub, portals & workflows.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and table structure of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience in IT service management (ITIL V4 certification preferred).
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
- Systemic thinking.
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
