The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
  • Provide virtual assistance to various departments as needed, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and address any concerns.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to prospects and generate new leads.
  • Offer technical support to clients and assist with troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and QuickBooks to support various business functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and transactions.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in resolving customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate efforts and achieve goals.
  • Work independently to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

The Profile

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, virtual assistance, inbound and cold calling, technical support, and sales representation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and QuickBooks.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Credit repair experience
  • Tech-friendly mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Preferred :

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Certification or training in relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other business tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field but not required.
