The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Provide virtual assistance to various departments as needed, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and address any concerns.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to prospects and generate new leads.
- Offer technical support to clients and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and QuickBooks to support various business functions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in resolving customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate efforts and achieve goals.
- Work independently to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, virtual assistance, inbound and cold calling, technical support, and sales representation.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and QuickBooks.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Credit repair experience
- Tech-friendly mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Preferred :
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Certification or training in relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other business tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field but not required.
