As China Digital Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
· Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities and to establish an enterprise-wide software plan
· Utilizing Enterprise and Core Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to work on ACM, asset strategy and reliability solution assessment surveys
· Leveraging collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points
· Discovering, enabling, and demonstrating value for enterprise SW deployments and additional SW product adders
· Assisting regional sales and leaders with developing and executing strategies using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends
· Delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows
· Partnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers
· Developing enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key accounts
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor in a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent, professional experience in Enterprise/Digital/Software Sales.
· Show impressive experience in a Sales Leader/Sales Head role with customers in Oil & Gas, Power and other related industrials.
· Have commercial skills to relate to different level of stakeholders from site to HQ level.
· Have Knowledge of critical rotating equipment and system architecture.
· Have experience of selling Enterprise Software Solution or Software as a Service (SaaS).
· Have business acumen to structure unique enterprise deals to match different key account needs.
· Be able to apply strategic selling skills and communicate ROI to key decision makers.
· Have good communication skills in English and Chinese.
