Your profile:
 You have 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable positions e.g. Assurance Manager Big Four Audit Company, (Head of) Accounting with IFRS reporting, (Head of) Controlling.
 You coach others, recognize their strengths and encourage them to take responsibility for their own development.
 You are eager to learn and able to grasp complex issues quickly, while being positive, openminded, objective and open to change.
 You continuously deepen and broaden your understanding of how the business works and changes. This enables you to give impulses for further business development.
 You understand the importance of quality standards and commit to deliver services that sustainably meet customer, market and stakeholder expectations.
 You work well with diverse teams and incorporate other perspectives to develop better solutions.
 You communicate clearly, confidently, listen to others and are able to put yourself in their position.
 You also have good theoretical and practical knowledge of the International Financial Accounting Standards, US GAAP or other.
 Teamwork, strong communication and initiative distinguishes you from your peers.

 You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
 You have advanced skills in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Other software skills like Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau are appreciated.
 You are interested in topics related to ESG and would like to develop these topics further.
