The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and scaling Test Automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to ensure efficient and effective software testing. As a Test Automation Expert, he/she will work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale Test Automation frameworks, scripts, and tools.
- Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to identify and prioritize areas for Test Automation.
- Align with development teams identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective software testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Test Automation.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in Test Automation life cycle
- Strong working knowledge of Cypress Automation tool
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with Test Automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Working experience on cloud; eg: AWS
- Good understanding of other programming languages like Java, Python
- Working experience with Jira and leading Test Management Tools
Qualifications
- ISTQB, AWS Certified - preferred.
