8.Roles & Responsibilities
Defect Triage during End to End Integration Testing QAST SIT and UAT
Defining the testing activities for subordinates testers or test engineers.
To check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities.
To check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases.
Prepare the status report of testing activities.
Required Interactions with customers.
Updating test manager regularly about the progress of testing activities.
Should be expertise in following IBM TRIRIGA modules such as Real Estate and Lease Management Capital Projects Space and Facilities Operations and Maintenance & Environmental Sustainability
Understanding implementing and updating the Agile Test Strategy
Work with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done.
Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions
Ensuring proper use of testing tools

The annual salary for this position is between $ 43,900 - $106,200 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
