The Digital Director is responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and monitoring of all digital media partnership strategies for regional clients and company.

The Director will monitor key deliverables (including the development of media pricing proposals new business, digital spotlists, insightful reporting, etc), and is responsible for ensuring work is accurate, built to specification, and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall LATAMCANZ digital and budget management.
  • Ensure integrated digital strategies for the company.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing assigned resources to maximize ROI.
  • Supervise all digital campaign planning and execution in different digital channels.
  • Set Quality controls and ensure Q&A are met.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders from the company.
  • Leadership on client challenges.
  • Help mentor local digital teams (challenges overcome, skills learned, work improved.
  • User acquisition and retention.
  • Implement Growth strategies to acquire, retain and maximize value of users.
  • Develop and optimize Growth loops, driving user generated content for organic growth.
  • Use predictive analysis and data modelling to identify growth opportunities and retention.
  • A / B testing management to optimize and drive brand / campaign acquisition through key metrics (MAU, DAUs, ARPU, etc).
  • Main point of contact for all digital partners.
  • Design and supervise campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, META ads and other video channels and digital media.
  • Set clear KPI's to measure success in terms of user acquisition, retention and conversion.
  • Reporting and Insights.
  • Deep dive into consumer behaviour and campaign performance.
  • Develop and supervise reports and recommendations based on data.
  • Keep updated in market trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Revenue opportunities and pipeline are accurately forecasted.
  • SBU meetings secured or scope / billings added for SBUs.
  • Effective management of resources and keeping accounts in scope.
  • Initiativ revenue budget is met or exceeded.
  • SBU revenue (or spending) budget is met or exceeded.
