Digital Transformation Business Process Design Specialist

The Digital Transformation (DT) team drives the digitalization for the Solutions and Services Group (SSG). The Digital Operations (Ops) team focuses on building the core data foundation, extending data capability to support reporting and knowledge management while using state of the art technology to improve efficiency & effectiveness of business operations.

The Digital Transformation Specialist will be part of the SSG Digital Operations team. This role will work closely with different business groups, project management teams, product managers, IT developers, and external partners. In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative business and system solutions while leveraging latest technologies and best solution practices.

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with SSG key business stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve efficiency & effectiveness within business operations.

·         Identify opportunities for digital innovation.

·         Contribute to Digital Transformation projects by ensuring accuracy in requirements gathering and timely and successful implementation while working with cross functional teams.

·         Evaluate and implement digital technologies solutions.

·         Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

·         Provide adequate training and support for new digital tools and processes.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or related field.

·         Previous internship experience in Digital Transformation.

·         Basic understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Certifications in Digital Transformation related fields are a plus.
