We are seeking a Process Design Analyst to join the M&S Marketing Digital Transformation team, to support Lenovo’s Intelligent Transformation.

What is Marketing Digital Transformation?
Digital Transformation introduces new technologies, new processes, and new ideas to shape the way we ‘do’ Marketing at Lenovo. As we deploy new ways of marketing at Lenovo, just some of the benefits we will realize include the ability to:
• Launch campaigns into market much faster than we do today.
• Enable better reuse of digital assets and content to save time and money required for agency expense.
• Provide greater visibility to how we plan and manage our marketing budgets to ensure our spend is aligned to our overall objectives.

• Use a trusted data model to measure and report on the ROI for Marketing.

• Build enterprise marketing analytics models capable of next-gen ML/AI decisioning.

• Enable Marketers to customize our customer’s digital experience.


The candidate will be responsible for Marketing Transformation roadmap deliverables and will work closely with stakeholders and project members to identify business requirements, coordinate technical efforts and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing transformation business value case and strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Business teams to understand their business needs, processes, and pain points.
  • Conduct independent analysis to identify emerging technologies, assess applicability to the business needs and develop proposals on applying new technology solutions where digital solutions can add value.
  • Develop customized digital solutions that streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Based on composable architecture concept and Lenovo strategic requirements; define and transform the Marketing enterprise common data model.
  • Define, map and standardize Marketing meta-data and attributes.
  • Implement strong data standardization and governance policies for Marketing owned data.
  • Drive development and implementation of the Marketing Transformation deliverables and solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions and make recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Position Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement Digital Transformation strategies and solutions.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through. Own tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to navigate and to drive multiple stakeholders and strategic partnerships with stakeholders, platforms and communities to ensure that strategies/goals are understood and met.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional and senior leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement and govern processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Capability to design ways to measure and track performance, and to make improvements to the approach based on those measurements.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing a project or multiple projects, project portfolio management, mapping business requirements, translating to IT/Organizational process changes, system testing, end user training and Organizational Change Management impact assessment.
  • Technical experience with data attribute mapping and data modelling.

Desired Skills:

  • Five plus years of experience in Digital Transformation, Marketing business development or program management in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations is an advantage.
  • Experience with MarTech tools (AEM, Anaplan, Marketo) and analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr.
  • Experience with data optimization and digital & performance marketing.
  • Customer Data Platform experience
  • AI/Machine Learning knowledge
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL/Python/R
  • Experience with data storage, processing, and visualization tools (Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI)
