Job Title: ETL Developer Lead(Remote)
Job Summary- Roles & Responsibilities:
The ETL Developer Lead and developer role is highly analytical and detail oriented requiring extensive familiarity with DW ETL and data integration Companies typically hire applicants with a bachelors degree in a related field along with the following skills Datastage ETL Developer Datastage is an essential skill for ETL Developer since they need to write complex mappings operations scripts and triggers to load data into data warehouse and database and for data integration.
Require knowledge to write advanced SQL logics to pull the data Unix knowledge for file handling Other code management skills and deployment knowledge Problem Solving excellent problem solvers and can understand and report data centric mappings and to ensure data integrity Written and Verbal Communication skills are important in this role because the ETL developer needs to gather requirements and specifications in collaboration with IT professionals and end users Process Enhancement Skilled at developing more efficient processes for automation on the data integration.
10 to 13 years of experience
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
