We are currently looking for Field Support to join our team.

Exceptional communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders, both technical and business users. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for functional drawing and effective implementation of solutions.
· Provide client user with virtual technical assistance.
· Support services to Call Centers and unintegrated acquisitions.
· Timely delivery of desktop, network, software/hardware support.
· Establish a proactive service model that drives field operations productivity and efficiency.
· Full instrumentation and monitoring of the end user computing environment.
· Forward looking capacity and growth forecasts
· Deploy service automation tools
Necessary skills and experience required:
· 3 or more years of experience in the position
· Verifiable experience in ticket systems
· Language Skill: Intermediate level of English

Working Model: Presencial. 1 vez por semana en Pilar, 4 veces por semana en Munro.
