The Business Enablement Manager leads the process of empowering and supporting the Hybrid Cloud team with the tools, resources, and strategies they need to enhance their effectiveness. The Business Enablement Manager is responsible for providing the necessary training, technology, and information to enable individuals or teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Go-to-Market initiatives for Hybrid Cloud portfolio.
- Create business and sales enablement processes for Professional and Managed Services.
- Partner with Offering Managers, Marketing and Training Teams to strategically prioritize efforts across full portfolio.
- Document requirements for strategic partnerships and coordinate stakeholder review.
- Design and maintain commercial models for Hybrid Cloud portfolio (onshore/offshore, direct/indirect)
- Track Hybrid Cloud enabled countries and coordinate efforts with requests to onboard new countries.
- Develop and implement enablement models to activate Channel Partners, Customers, and Markets.
- Monetize existing capabilities and identify quick wins to bundle and create sales opportunities.
- Collaborate to solve obstacles that are identified by enablement resources.
