Lenovo's strategy for long-term success is driving and selling solutions beyond core PC to solve customer problems and gain relevance as a leading IT solutions provider. The ISO (International Sales Org) Sales Transformation & Enablement organization plays a key role in enabling organization readiness to deliver on this strategy. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, this position will create the vision, drive adoption, and support the harmonization of the processes behind thetechnology, tools, and systems that empower our revenue-generating teams to excel. 

This is a highly visible leadership position in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. Thriving on innovation and collaboration, you will champion a customer-centric, outcome-based approach to Technology Enablement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and build a seamless experience across the end-to-end customer buying journey, as supported by a common sales methodology across the Lenovo sales force.  

What You'll Do: 

Shape the Lenovo Technology Landscape: 

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to support process design and implementation of strategic technology solutions, including sales tools, customer portals, and analytics platforms. 

  • Partner with Digital Transformation and the Lenovo Experience Group to ensure seamless integration and user experience. 

  • Champion a unified approach to tools and analytics in support of all revenue-generating roles. 

Empower Sales Success: 

  • Deeply understand the sales organization's needs and challenges, translating them into effective technology solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and win ratios. 

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of modern technologies. 

  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of Technology Enablement initiatives on sales performance. 

Drive Innovation and Change: 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the Technology Enablement space. 

  • Pilot and evaluate modern technologies, scaling successful solutions while learning from less successful attempts. 

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Sales Technology and data analytics. 

What You Bring: 

  • Lenovo Sales Expertise: Ten+ years of experience within the Lenovo sales organization, with a deep understanding of the sales process, technology needs, and challenges. 

  • Proven Project Management: A strong record of accomplishment of successfully designing, implementing, and managing complex technology projects. 

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: An unwavering focus on the customer experience, translating it into impactful technology solutions that address their needs and pain points. 

  • Collaborative Leader: Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders. 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of Technology Enablement initiatives. 

  • Influence and Persuasion: Effectively advocate for and secure buy-in for modern technology initiatives from senior leadership and all levels of the sales organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5years of experience in Sales Enablement or Operations

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience, ideally within a technology or sales enablement context. 

  • Expertise in tool design and user experience (UX) principles. 

  • Strong data and analytics skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

  • A passion for the sales organization and a genuine desire to contribute to its success through Technology Enablement
