LOCATION : Hermosillo, SO JOB TYPE : Full-Time PAYTYPES : Salary APPLICATION DETAILS : No Resume Required, Entry-LevelPOSITION OVERVIEW : ACCOUNT MANAGERWe are hiring full-time salesrepresentatives who are positive, persuasive, and have the drive tosucceed.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to existingcable customers to ensure they are in the best plan for theirneeds.

The right candidate for this position will be experienced inusing needs-based selling strategies - listening, probing,educating - determine the customer's needs and help them select theappropriate products and services.

Essential DutiesContact customers by phoneand review account.Conduct thorough needs analysis to understandcustomers current requirements and pain pointsPresent anddemonstrate new or additional products and services to ourcustomers, highlighting their unique value propositions andbenefitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers,providing exceptional customer service and support throughout theprocessUtilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, andsales activitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends, marketconditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position ourproducts and servicesContinuously improve sales skills and productknowledge through ongoing training and professional developmentopportunities CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS : WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOODFIT?

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT : Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (TheUnited States or Canada)Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL IIbackground and / or security investigation with a fingerprint.

While performing the duties of this job, the employeewill be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand forlong periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

Theemployee will be regularly required to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.

Theemployee may occasionally be required to move about the office toaccomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects,move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move orexert force up to forty (40) pounds.
