We are searching for the best talent for Internal Communications Senior Specialist LATAM to be in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogotá, Panama City or Miami.

You will be responsible for:

The development and implementations of employee engagement initiatives aligned with Communications strategy and Business goals to support a successful employer brand in the region. This role uses data-driven approaches to evaluate corporate communication methods and serves as a developing subject matter expert on communication tactics (including crafting compelling messages and coordinating internal channels) and coordinates internal communication vendors and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication throughout Latin America.

Internal Communication Initiatives:

  • Implements corporate communication initiatives (such as internal campaigns) that drive understanding, alignment, and engagement with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assesses and proactively identifies engagement opportunities that connect leadership with employees and support collaborations between cross-functional departments and team members.
  • Identify and use innovative communication tools and platforms to improve employee engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Builds clear, concise, and compelling Internal Communications across various channels (executive messages, email, intranet, newsletters, etc.)
  • Collaborates with key partners to gather information and insights to create effective communications.

Channel Management:

  • Coordinates and optimizes communication channels to ensure effective and timely delivery of messages.
  • Implements processes to maintain open communication channels between related areas in order to optimize operational procedures and facilitate problem resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Works closely with departments such as HR, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership to align internal communication efforts with overall company strategies.
  • Ensures consistency and alignment of messaging across various internal communication channels and among the clusters.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Measurement and Analysis:

  • Monitors key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of the communication initiatives.
  • Analyzes data and feedback to improve communication strategies and tactics continuously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in agencies or corporate communications areas, with strong management in internal comms. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus!
  • Experience working with PR agencies and/or vendor management.
  • English Native Speaker and spanish proficiency are required.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities are needed.
