Role: Oracle Service Delivery Manager
Location: Newark, NJ
Position Summary:
Candidate is responsible for executing growth, support and maintenance activities necessary within Prudential’s eBusiness Suite Application Support GL , AP, FA and iExpense Team. Candidate is expected to manage, maintain, grow, and support the existing application base in accordance with controlled systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and global design standards.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Leads and/or participates in various types of reviews, meetings or workshops to define and design functional solutions.
• Able to create tactical and strategic roadmaps with consultative approach of short-term and long-term plans Collaborate with client to create an optimal project plan.
• Manage the delivery of functional solution in accordance with project plan.
• Stakeholder management and status reporting.
• Identification of risks and mitigation.
• Manage Onsite and offshore resource through leads at different level.
• Should be able to do Hands on work whenever required in Critical situations.
• Should be having Strong Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.6 & Above versions and able to guide client and Cognizant team.
• Facilitate any data requests and interviews needed related to the relevant in-scope processes.
• Act as liaison for interfacing teams such as Prudential IT, infrastructure team for application access, environment access, data availability, data loading into respective environments.
• Report on ROI, Risks and escalate concerns.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,700/Year to $153,200/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
