We are currently looking for Partner Development Representative to work with us in a global project with one of our most important client.

Key Responsibilities:
Documents, organizes and follows up on all components required of the program, including contracts, credits, headcount, staffing, approvals in process, meeting action items, etc.
Drives planning and execution of projects in partnership with the Program Managers across all regions and answers inquiries about the program
Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies
Drives tracking and analysis of KPIs, implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results
Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between PDR team and internal stakeholders. Monitor, track and review MBRs. Report findings and escalations from the review.
Drives engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders - build and maintain vendor relationships, leads calls and cadence meetings and also contract reviews
Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime
Leads the credit disbursement and management process, which requires extreme attention to detail.
Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level.
Owns logistics for managing the program and serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
Necessary skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced English level is a MUST.
+5 years of project management or experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Planning Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Development, or other related fields
2+ years of working in partner environment
Experience of working with Vendors ecosystem - contract review, relationship management, delegation and follow ups of duties, leading cadence and governance calls
Willing to work across time zones, including evening calls as needed (typically once per week but may fluctuate with business needs)
