Product Analyst

We believe product analysis is a cornerstone in the development process of our highly configurable platform. Focusing on our portal-based products (but never losing sight of the solutions as a whole), our Internal Portal Services Product Analysts translate use cases to functional documentation through a detailed analysis of possible scenarios.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Be the main point of contact (internally and externally) for the functional aspects of our internal portal services.
• Understand your different audiences (business-oriented and technical) and be an efficient communicator.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions suite and our platform.
• Carry out the functional definition of our portal-based products in a cycle that includes research, viability analysis, proposal, validation, and iteration.
• Gather commercial, business, and technical input, and generate a product proposal, working with UX designers and configuration analysts if needed.
• Assure feasibility, identify functionality gaps, and route them through the development request process.
• Iterate over the product, based on the release of new features and internal partner input.
• Generate documentation to ensure correct design/development and further implementation, testing, automation, and maintenance.

About you:

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic about understanding and analyzing complex problems.
• Eager to find solutions for those problems by seeing a broader picture and connecting the dots.
• Background and experience in industrial, graphic or multimedia design.
