The Role
Key role acting as a link between technical teams and Delivery, ensuring communication, expectations management and committed delivery.
Important : Position will be remote. All internal employees with the required skills can apply, regardless their location.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration.
- Manage expectations, interactions, and relationships with Delivery team.
- Leadership of technical teams.
- Technical delivery strategy.
- Solution Design & Estimations.
- Requirement management.
- Client interaction in support of the delivery and commercial teams.
- Evangelizing and Champion of InHub capabilities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Insurance knowledge (highly desirable).
- Spanish & English proficiency mandatory.
- React, C#, SOAP, and API.
- Experience in digitalization projects.
- Interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
