Operational Excellence- Support the establishment execution and oversight of a project's operations (ie budget forecasting margin metrics risk/isssue management billing/invoicing purchase orders MSA/ SOW/ SLA compliance etc).
- Metrics and Reporting.
- Support the tracking/measurment and progress against established measures and metics (eg bid vs did SLA and any other operational or contractual measures).
- Program Governance.
- Support the establishment execution and oversigh of a project's governance (ie stakeholder management communication ceremonies benefits management change management scope management team work enviornment on boaringin etc).
- Estimation and Planning.
- Support the establishment execution and oversight of project delivery estimation and planning (team resouce and timeline) across Cognizant organization (pursuit through sprints/PIs).
- Execution Excelllence.
- Support the the set up and daily running of a project (ie task assignment and optimization resource schedules logistics tracking issues/risk management running meetings organizing events status reporting adhoc reporting etc).
- Client Relationship Management.
- Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the project.
- Community Development.
- Personally contributes to the continous improvement of the program & project management guild and community (best practices networking standards training tools etc).
- Compliance.
- Monitors and supports Progrram Management tool and process compliance.
