Roles & Responsibilities
· Planning, execution, and delivery of projects in Quality Engineering, Performance Testing and Engineering and Test Data Management
· Oversee and identify gaps in Release Management, Environment Management
· Manage various stakeholders in including clients.
· Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.
· Communicate progress to stake holders.
· Identify and mitigate risks.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Define and implement metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience in Quality Engineering tools including but not limited to Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Services Testing in Derivatives, Trading & Settlement Domain.
· Exposure/experience to Performance Testing and Engineering concepts and tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Hammer, Dynatrace, Splunk and other APM tools
· Knowledge / experience in Cloud environment
· Exposure to Test Data Management
· Experience in Release Management, Environment Management and Stake holder management
· Experience in management reporting and metrics
· Solid exp in Agile concepts and JIRA / other relevant tools (SharePoint, confluence)
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
· Experience in Large scale Projects
