As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

The role will involve the implementation and alignment xAC of Business Services Quality initiatives, as well as monitoring progress and process improvements.
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution with a particular focus on Quality and Process Excellence. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Knowledge and experience with Project Management and Business Process
Demonstrating presenting skills including ability to facilitate groups of people towards an end objective
Proactively assist in the management of a project, while reporting to the Quality Partner
Demonstrating leadership in assisting with the design and integration efforts around standing up an AC Quality and Process Excellence function that can support our global network of ACs
Knowledge and experience with the AC Organization and its operations
Experience integrating policies and procedures into AC Operations
Actively contribute to the development and building of a Quality Team Alignment mindset and culture, promoting learning and interactive activities xACs
Understanding of the the Trust & Consulting organizations and their operations
Experience working with Business Services and quality organizations
Lead and facilitate discussions on various Business Services Towers related topics
Familiarity with basic concepts, practices, and challenges of KPIs, Quality Indicators, Operational Effectiveness Reviews and feedback procedures
Familiarity with implementation of Business Services Quality initiatives, as well as monitoring progress and process improvements
Contribute and support an approach to develop solutions to solve complex Business Services xAC alignment challenges
Provide coaching to support the management and delivery of progress reports to Business Services and Quality Leadership
Knowledge and experience with AC Systems and Tools including but not limited to Phoenix, Resource Management, and others
Preferred knowledge and skills include:
Knowledge and experience with Statistical Thinking and Data Analytics
Advanced English level
Knowledge and experience with Systems Thinking/Systems Dynamics
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
Well versed in Digital Transformation, Automation, and AI (ML)
