The Position
Adapt and roll out the Brand strategy in ROPU SA according to the Integrated Brand Plan (IBP), while optimizing the Brand.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Fully accountable of Commercial ICP : Lead Customer Journey definition by strategic and value segments including editorial plan selection and resource allocation (Tactics, F2F / digital Mix,type of events, etc).
- Lead commercial customer journey discussions in key business processes and meetings at country level. ( eg. ACV,HPLS, ICP, AD, LRR)
- Set strategic objectives for critical regional events.
- Lead Launch readiness process (LRR) for new launches & indications.
- Business Plans : analyze different possible business scenarios for the corresponding TA.
- Set kpis embebed on by customer segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration / economics / medicine or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experiencie in similar positions in a Corporate / International environment.
- Experience in managing Specialty Care / Rare disease business plans.
- Level of English : Advanced.
- Regional responsibilities (desirable)
- Complex matrix structure experience is a plus.
- Business Acumen.
