The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client satisfaction.

The Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Accounts Manager or in a similar sales role in Software Development Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with software development and marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
