Scrum Master/PM
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Scrum Master/ PM to serve our diverse base of global clients. Responsibilities:
- Responsible to conduct the scrum ceremonies.
- Track the project scope through the scrum process.
- Work with clients for resolving the impediments during execution.
- Raise the project risks and work for closure.
- Building repo within team.
- Maintain the project cost details.
- Get approvals trace the requirements and raise the CR as when it arises.
- Prepare the SOW for the project and get it approved with clients on time Periodic Invoice submission and track for approval with client.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience as a scrum master/ PM.
- Participate in required Scrum ceremonies.
- Complete assigned tasks and fulfill delivery timelines.
- Work with offshore/onsite developers on daily basis.
- Be POC for all Client/Business communication and delivery.
- Prior Agile environment experience is a Must.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Expert in MS Office suite specifically Excel.
- Prior knowledge with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools is preferred.
- Prior experience managing large-distributed teams preferred.
