Responsibilities:

• Responsible to conduct the scrum ceremonies.

• Track the project scope through the scrum process.

• Work with clients for resolving the impediments during execution.

• Raise the project risks and work for closure.

• Building repo within team.

• Maintain the project cost details.

• Get approvals trace the requirements and raise the CR as when it arises.

• Prepare the SOW for the project and get it approved with clients on time Periodic Invoice submission and track for approval with client. 

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a scrum master/ PM.
• Participate in required Scrum ceremonies.

• Complete assigned tasks and fulfill delivery timelines.

• Work with offshore/onsite developers on daily basis.

• Be POC for all Client/Business communication and delivery.

• Prior Agile environment experience is a Must. 

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

• Expert in MS Office suite specifically Excel.

• Prior knowledge with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools is preferred.

• Prior experience managing large-distributed teams preferred.
