DirecciónFinance Strategy & Enablement (S&E) is a global team within the Finance Corporate Function. The team shapes our Finance Strategy supporting each Finance Function Lead to develop a functional transformation roadmap and to prioritize the programs that deliver that transformation.
Strategy & Enablement ensures that day-to-day activities across Finance are supported by robust and compliant processes, user centered solutions and application support fundamental to the overall success and transformation of Finance.
It also leads a broad range of key programs and change journeys, drives improvements in technology performance and reimagines our processes with the application of new technology in collaboration with CIO.
The Business Integration Senior Manager is responsible for enabling Accenture to maintain and rapidly transform business processes and technology in a complex and constantly changing environment.
In this role the Business Integration lead supports business change by acting as the point of integration across the business requesting a change, global process business teams and the global technology teams.
Additionally, the role has responsibility over specific internal functions for the Business Data Architecture (BDA) team related to data quality, automation, and governance.
Business Integration responsibilities :
- Act as the point of integration between business leadership driving operating model and economic model changes, key Accenture global processes and related technology.
- Drive Business Impact Assessments based on upcoming changes or likely-to-occur hypothetical scenarios.
- Maintain and update the existing Business Impact Assessments.
- Program and Portfolio management of projects required to reflect organizational or model changes.
- Partner with business and CDAO to develop master data solutions to address new business needs.
- Connect regularly with the BDA teams to align and steer efforts.
BDA support functions :
- Lead Master Data quality function, which measures and monitors quality of master data elements maintained by BDA. Includes oversight of Data Patrols.
- Automation coordination, to identify opportunities, work with the technical teams to develop new tools, and manage maintenance of existing ones.
- Provide Governance support, to drive initiatives to update and enhance governance of the master data elements and process.
- Perform conceptual Data Modeling, to fulfill new business needs with sustainable and efficient data solutions.
Main skills required :
- Strong knowledge of Accenture’s internal organization, with a focus on Corporate Functions and their key process areas and supporting technology
- Knowledge of Accenture’s operating and economic model
- Knowledge of key Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Services & Sustainability, and Sales master data and global processes
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build a network and credibility across Corporate Functions leadership
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Oriented to working cross functionally in a collaborative environment.
- General master data knowledge is a plus.
- Analytics skills are a plus.
