You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: Irving, Texas
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Accurate management of Fieldglass and Clarity systems
* Integration with Project POCs and Directors and align budget for projects
* Support efficient onboarding and resourcing for open positions
* Tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders
* Create resource capacity and capture utilization KPI
* Forecast capacity vs demand to identify project vacancies
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Should work out of the client location, Irving Tx all days of the week.
• Prior experience of customer care application
• Planning and budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills
